We initially launched this story on Monday, offering Season Ticket holders three options around their 2020/21 season tickets. The response we have had so far has been amazing with the vast majority of season ticket holders making a donation to the Club in lieu of any sort of refund. This has been fantastic and very much appreciated by everyone at the club.

We have contacted season ticket holders by email where possible and there are a number of people who as yet haven't submitted their choices to us. If you haven't as yet replied, or indeed haven't received the email then please do contact us, commercial@wythenshaweafc.com

Here are the details of the options that the Club have put to season ticket holders.

Out of the scheduled 19 home league games in 2020/21 that we only played 3 of these. At the start of last season we made a pledge that Season Ticket holders wouldn't lose out by committing to having a season ticket so we have come up with some options that we believe to be fair.

OPTION ONE
No refund requested, the cost of the season ticket becomes a donation to the Club to help during these difficult times. Anyone taking this option will be thanked with a website story and will receive an Ammies scarf for 2021/22 as a gift from the Club.

OPTION TWO
No refund is requested, however a heavily reduced renewal price for 2021/22 of £40 Adult and £25 Concession is applied as a thank you from the Club.

OPTION THREE
A refund is requested. The amounts offered are worked out in the following way.

An Adult Season Ticket was £65, this worked out at £3.42 per game. 3 home league games took place. This would equate to a cost of £10.26. Therefore the refund amount would be £65 - £10.26 giving a refund of £54.74

A Concession season ticket was £35, this worked out to £1.85 per game. 3 home league games took place. This would equate to a cost of £5.55. Therefore the refund amount would be £35 - £5.55 giving a refund amount of £29.45

As a club we appreciate that times have been difficult for everyone over the course of the last 12 months and we hope that the three options offered are fair and that you are happy with the choices to reflect your own personal circumstances.

Full season ticket and matchday admission prices for the 2021/22 season, which kicks off on Saturday, July 31st will be announced over the coming weeks with Season Tickets being launched on June 1st.
